Eiffel Tower

Say “I do” in front of the most iconic monument in Paris!

There are several locations around the Eiffel Tower that offer beautiful views. For the full effect in your photos we suggest the following locations where you can see the entire Eiffel Tower.

Please note that since the Eiffel Tower is one of the most visited sights in the world, crowds are inevitable. For more intimate ceremonies we suggest our other locations such as Notre-Dame or the American Church in Paris.

The Pont Bir Hakeim

This bridge featured in the movie “Inception” is a perfect combination of modern and classic styles. At the center of the bridge there is a look-out with a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower where couples can stand for pictures or even a ceremony.

Our team of celebrants strongly recommends that the Pont Bir Hakeim be the first stop of the photo tour (perfect for a Champagne toast) rather than the ceremony location. The noise of the above-ground metro passing every 2 minutes may obscure the words of the ceremony and make it impossible for a videographer to capture sound if your ceremony is being filmed.

The Trocadero

The Trocadero offers the most unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower and you can have some out-of-this-world pictures taken there, with amazing light at sunrise. The ideal time for the ceremony being 20-30 minutes after the sunrise (around 7:30 am most of the year, but as early as 6:15 am in June).

Please keep in mind that a very early morning ceremony will mean additional fees. Also note that we do not offer beauty sessions before 5:30 am.

The Champ de Mars

The Champ de Mars is a large park facing the Eiffel Tower; a favorite spot for picnics on a sunny day! Luckily, you don’t need to be standing in the center of the Champ de Mars for your ceremony. You can get a very nice view of the Eiffel Tower from the leafy side gardens which are usually much less crowded.

Since the Champ de Mars is such a great place for picnics, we recommend having your ceremony there in the morning (10am for example).

By the water at the Port Debilly

The Port Debilly is situated along the Seine at water level (lower than the street) which makes it a more secluded spot while still offering stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. We think this is the perfect location if you have guests or live music (such as a violin solo).

Why is it better for guests? All of the locations around the Eiffel Tower are very touristy and as a safety precaution the city of Paris has assigned security teams to these areas. These teams will disperse large gatherings or anything that may “disrupt public tranquility” (such as live music). They could interrupt a ceremony to fulfill their duty. Since the Port Debilly is less “accessible” the city of Paris has not assigned such security for this location, you will be more at ease to celebrate uninterrupted.

The Trocadero gardens

The Trocadero gardens offer the perfect combination of an Eiffel Tower view and luscious greenery.

During the months of June and July this location isn’t ideal since the city increases security in the gardens and the guards prefer to limit photo sessions and ceremonies. If you have your heart set on this location then we would recommend a morning ceremony, but like with any Eiffel Tower location you will need to stay flexible and ready to move to another spot if asked by city employees.

A private balcony at the Shangri-La

The Shangri-La is a luxurious 5 star hotel located very close to the Eiffel Tower, with many rooms boasting balconies with views of the Eiffel Tower.

Couples who are looking for an Eiffel Tower view and a fully privatized location can book a night at the Shangri-La and have us celebrate their wedding on the balcony.
