Here is how it works

Your Day-Of Coordinator will receive instructions directly from your Wedding Planner and be fully briefed about the details of your day.

Your timeline will clearly indicate the start time and end time of your coordinator’s mission.

What does the Day-Of Coordinator do ?

Your package includes an Off-site Coordinator to manage your team and make sure that your day goes smoothly. She solves any issues and makes sure that you don’t have to worry about last minute details.

If you book an On-site coordinator as well, she will be in charge of tasks such as:

  • Welcoming your guests at the ceremony location
  • Making sure that all elements of the ceremony proceed as planned
  • Making sure that the guests are seated correctly (for indoor venues) and in a timely fashion
  • Keeping passers-by at a distance during the ceremony
  • Assisting the photographer with group pictures
  • Helping the bride with little errands during her preparation (making a cup of tea, answering her phone…)
  • Coordinating with the chauffeurs and keeping an eye on the timeline

For weddings with more than 6 guests, we highly recommend booking a coordinator.

How many hours should I book?

Your Wedding Planner can advise you on the number of hours needed depending on the responsibilities you would like to entrust your Day-Of coordinator. Feel free to provide a list of the tasks you would like your coordinator to oversee.

Do I need to tip my day-of coordinator?

Tips are appreciated by any team member. There are no rules of how to tip for services in France, so feel comfortable tipping the way you judge appropriate.

Important notice

Orders may be cancelled and payment fully refunded up to 10 weeks before the event. In case of a cancellation 10 weeks or less prior to the event, a 30% retainer will apply.

Getting married in Paris is magical and perfect Paris wedding made everything perfect and go smoothly

Simply wonderful!

To explain how wonderful and easy this experience was is almost impossible but I will try. From planning to execution to making decisions on flowers the team took the lead and I just enjoyed the experience. Our photographer and Video team was amazing they felt like friends immediately and made us comfortable. My stylist Eve was second to none. Coming from NYC and doing lots of hair and makeup for events my expectations are high and she exceeded everyone if I could adopt her as my personal stylist I would. Our officiant was sweet and professional even our driver became our good friend fast. We laughed together and had so much fun all around Paris. My husband and I felts so comfortable with Julien that we could get lost in our moments together. Laurent was so stealthy with the video we never noticed when he was filming which made our video so real and a true representation of our day. This team will forever be a part of our love story. Thank you so much to Claire, Eve, Julien, Laurent and Henri for making my Paris dreams come true. I shared a few photos but there are too many favorites to pick from !!!!! Don't look any further this is your dream wedding team!!!!
