Description

Here is how it works

Before your ceremony your celebrant will learn more about you, your love story and the promises you would like to make to each other through some fun questionnaires. Based on your answers, your ceremony will be personalized to reflect your unique love story and include any special words you wish to share as you join your lives. You will then be invited to review your ceremony script and add any final touches you would like.

Add to the romance with a selection of one or two touching readings about love, marriage or family to include in your ceremony.

With your tailor-made ceremony your celebrant can also perform a symbolic handfasting ceremony, binding your hands together as you join your lives together. This can be performed for both outdoor or indoor weddings. A unity candle ceremony can be performed only if you have booked an indoor venue.

To add a final elegant touch to your special day, your celebrant will provide you with two handmade wedding vow cards – perfect for your beautiful photographs!

Please note that all ceremonies performed by our professional celebrants are symbolic. Getting legally married in France is only possible through a civil ceremony which takes place at the council offices (la mairie) and require long-term residency. You may easily do this paper work in your home country, while your real wedding will take place in Paris.

This service can only be ordered as an add-on to a wedding package or officiant service.

Orders may be cancelled and payment fully refunded up to 10 weeks before the event. In case of a cancellation 10 weeks or less prior to the event, a 30% charge will apply.

All prices are in Euros and include tax (VAT).

A lovely vow renewal day!

Big THANK YOUs to all at Perfect Paris Weddings who helped make our vow renewal day so special! They kept in constant contact from the start of the process to the finish to make sure all would be as we'd hoped. (Going above and beyond by providing assistance when my husband got sick the day before our ceremony, and also taking care to move our ceremony to the afternoon as it was expected to rain in the morning!). Special thanks to Anouck for all her help and patience as we sorted out what we needed...to Claire for our lovely ceremony...Katia who did an amazing job with my hair and makeup...and Pierre for all the care he took with our photos. The driver for our car was also fantastic...I unfortunately can't remember his name....And the bouquet/boutonnieres provided were GORGEOUS. So glad we chose to do this for the celebration of our 20th Anniversary!!

Perfect Personal ceremony

My husband and I had the PERFECT wedding. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, and it did not. We even ended up switching our ceremony location a couple days before our wedding, and the team was more than helpful in finding a new location, and coordinating the change with all involved stakeholders. Our personal ceremony was thoughtfully written by Claire, and Anouck did an excellent job of conveying the emotion behind the words. My hair and makeup turned out exactly as I hoped, and the driving service was accommodating to our every wish. Thanks for making our day so special!

Our Officiant (Claire Day) assisted us with implementing our vision for the wedding ceremony and executed our wishes and plans effectively.
When we made a special request that she herself conduct our wedding ceremony, she was very obliging to our request, and agreed to perform our ceremony.
Also, when we sent the material/information (vows, prayers, special written material in ceremony, etc.) to be included in our actual ceremony, she was able to incorporate it all and made a concerted effort to provide us with what we wanted for our wedding.
She was also very helpful in assisting us with organizing our timeline and providing contact resources for other services we required for our special wedding day.
She performed our ceremony with grace and excellence, helping us experience the day of our dreams.
We will always remember Claires' kindness, effort and consideration.
